Training services - CFO and in-house financial team​

The client: an international group that develops, builds, operates its own renewable energy production units

Project: professional training services, as part of the continuous professional development of the CFO responsible for several countries, including Romania

Why this project was a challenge and what is the added value of the consultant: we built the training program to cover the knowledge needs of the Romanian tax legislation and procedure, for a CFO based in another country, who was very keen to understand how to handle a tax audit in Romania, how the tax changes will impact the business of the group, the related tax risks and the way for mitigating them. We were selected by the HR business partner of the group, based in Paris, and we were supposed to provide evidence that the participants successfully met the learning objectives.
